Rick Jacobs is the principal of Jacobs, et al, LLC, is a Learning Strategist.
Rick is a seasoned learning professional as an instructor, instructional designer, training manager, and as adjunct faculty at several higher education institutions. He has applied his training and training development experience to a wide breadth and depth of industries such as technology, banking, public safety, mortgage, and the Department of Defense. He has been in the Learning and Development industry for over thirty years constantly seeking knowledge, testing his processes, and adapting to new, science-based processes.
As an adjunct faculty member at several universities and community colleges he has developed and delivered curriculum for philosophy, graphic art, and criminal justice.
He has a BS in Philosophy from the University of Utah and an MS in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
He is a training evaluator for an international training organization, consults with training organizations worldwide, and writes about building capacity, processes, and quality assurance.
